Description & Layout
The apartment is situated on the third floor of an apartment building and consists of two floors with a total area of 120 m2 + 6 m2 terrace.
There is an elevator followed by a short flight of stairs to climb. For this reason the apartment is not ideally suited for disabled access.
Lower Floor
The entire "ground" floor consists of a spacious open living area of over 70 m2 with a fully equipped kitchen (see equipment), fire place and 120cm (47inch) project screen TV with surround system, DVD, cable TV and broadband Internet. There is also a bathroom with massage shower panel; toilet and under-floor heating which also heats the front hallway.
Upper Floor
On the first floor there are two bedrooms – a small attic guest or children room and a bedroom with a double bed, large built-in wardrobe, access to a 6 m2 terrace and private bathroom with Jacuzzi and llarge roof window which gives a view of the stars from the bath tub.
