Price List
Contract
The minimum contract term is 12 months.
Rent
The price of the rent is Kč 39,000 per month which is the equivalent of around US$2165.
This price does not include bills. See the next section for further costs.
Agency fee
Prospective tenants who contact us directly will not be required to pay any agency fees. Tenants who are put in touch with us by a real estate agent will however be liable to pay an additional agency fee of the equivalent of half of one month's rent.
Other Charges
The average monthly cost of all other utility bills (including gas electricity, cable TV, internet, building maintenance, refuse collection etc.) is around Kč 6,500. This cost is assumed by the tenant.
Cleaning Service
Under the terms of the tenancy agreement the tenant is obliged to engage the services of the landlord's cleaning lady at least twice per month. Monthly cost: Kč 800 - Kč 1,600 (depending upon the frequency of the service)
Car Parking
There is no free parking in the area. Below are three possible parking options:
Option 1 - Parking in the street
In order to park outside in the street (blue zone) a permit must be purchased at an annual cost of Kč 30,000
Option 2 - Private secure parking garage
One block away there is a sub-terrainian garage with security guard. Monthly cost: Kč 3,000
Option 3 - Open-air secure car park
There is a secure guarded car park located on Olšanská Street about seven minutes walk. Monthly cost Kč 790
